Are there flexible working hours or the possibility for remote work?
Yes, we offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely. Depending on project requirements and team agreements, you can organize your workday flexibly. It's important to us that work-life balance and productivity go hand in hand.
However, we also place great value on teamwork and personal interaction – because the best ideas often emerge together. So 100% remote isn't really our thing, but we'll definitely find a model that works for everyone!

We place great value on everyone contributing their strengths and taking responsibility for their tasks – while at the same time supporting each other and communicating openly. This creates strong, appreciative collaboration where we benefit from one another and achieve our goals together.
How is knowledge transfer and learning supported within the team?
Knowledge transfer and continuous learning are important to us! We regularly hold Development Days, cross-team meetings, and knowledge transfer sessions (so-called Mexikaner rounds) where we discuss current topics, best practices, and new technologies, among other things. We encourage exchange through cross-project collaboration and internal sessions.
What individual learning and development opportunities are available?
We encourage our employees to continuously develop themselves and support them in doing so. We offer you the opportunity to attend training courses, participate in exciting conferences, and obtain certifications in relevant fields. Additionally, you can set your own learning goals and use your training budget to learn exactly what will help you progress.
Is there an onboarding process for new employees?
We want everyone to feel comfortable from day one! That's why you'll be paired with an onboarding buddy who will make your start easier and show you everything important. Experienced colleagues will guide you through the first few weeks – with introductory meetings, insights into our tools and technologies, and of course plenty of opportunities to get to know your new team.
