When it comes to turning many individual parts into a reliable whole, Caro is in her element. She designs APIs and architectures, keeps an eye on data flows and system boundaries, and supports services from the very first line of code through to production. Taking on responsibility early on in real-world projects has permanently sharpened her perspective on software. She particularly enjoys discussing technical issues with the team, challenging assumptions, and delving into topics until the interconnections become clear to her.
