What sets you apart
As an IT consultant, you will be the interface between the business department and IT.
- You analyze requirements together with the customer – your work often starts with a specific question or a challenge in the customer's day-to-day work.
- You lead workshops and structure the requirements – clearly, transparently and effectively documented.
- You gain an overview of the existing IT landscape, exchange ideas with internal IT teams and develop a solid understanding of the current architecture.
- You develop objectives, present suitable solution scenarios and advise the customer on the best way to implement them.
- You think ahead – you don't just want to implement requirements, you want to understand the underlying processes and correlations in order to develop sustainable IT solutions.
- You structure complex content and combine technical know-how with professional understanding – you think in a solution-oriented way and develop IT concepts with perspective.
- You question the status quo, provide feedback on architecture, technology, or security and thus actively drive improvements.

Ideally, you have the following skills and experience:
- You listen actively, ask the right questions and develop viable, well thought-out solutions together with the customer.
- You enjoy dealing with requirements, technologies and IT strategies.
- You think in a customer-oriented way, have moderation skills, and convince with clear communication.
- You enjoy working in a team and know how important it is to act flexibly and efficiently with an agile approach.
- You show initiative and are willing to continuously develop yourself.
- You speak German and English very well and feel comfortable communicating with the team and customers in both languages.
