Do you offer flexible working hours or the opportunity to work remotely?
Yes, we offer flexible working hours and the option to work remotely. Depending on project needs and team agreements, you can organize your workday in a way that suits you. It is important to us that work-life balance and productivity are in harmony.
However, we also believe in teamwork and personal interaction – because the best ideas often come up together. So, while we're not a 100% remote company, we're confident we can find a setup that works for everyone!
How important are teamwork and individual responsibility in day-to-day work?

How are knowledge transfer and team learning supported?
Knowledge sharing and continuous learning are important to us! We regularly organize Development Days, cross-team meetings, and knowledge transfer sessions (known as “Mexican rounds”) where current topics, best practices, and new technologies are discussed. We also encourage exchange through cross-project collaboration and internal sessions.

You’ll have the opportunity to attend trainings, take part in exciting conferences, and earn certifications in relevant fields. Is there an onboarding process for new team members?
We want everyone to feel welcome from day one! That’s why you’ll be paired with an onboarding buddy who’ll help you get started and show you the ropes.Experienced colleagues will guide you through your first weeks – with intro sessions, insights into our tools and technologies, and of course plenty of opportunities to get to know your new team.
