Marcel Bernhardt

At pentacor, Marcel is in charge of administrative operations and, together with the back-office team, ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. He oversees processes, refines structures, and implements the right tools to enable our company to grow sustainably. His journey from mechanical engineering to IT has shaped his perspective: impact lies not only in visible products, but above all in well-organized processes.
