AI is transforming the way software is built and operated—and we’re right in the middle of it. As an Agentic Engineer at pentacor, you’ll design AI-powered systems that actually work: from architecture and integration all the way through to production. You’ll work in cross-functional teams, develop LLM-based agents, and securely integrate them with existing enterprise systems—for example, via MCP or modern API interfaces.

AI & Agents
- You will design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows based on modern large language models (LLMs).
- You will integrate AI components into complex enterprise architectures –via MCP, APIs, and event systems.
- You will support AI initiatives from proof of concept through to scaling and ensure that solutions are successfully implemented in the business.
Architecture & Development
- You design scalable, observable, and secure software architectures for AI-driven systems.
- You work closely with clients, moderate requirements workshops, and present solutions in a clear and understandable way.
- You challenge existing solutions and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for in you
- You are an active listener, think in a solution-oriented way, and communicate clearly and persuasively.
- You are interested in AI – especially LLMs – and know how to align technology with business goals.
- You have approximately 5 years of professional experience in cloud-native software development and understand distributed architectures and integration patterns.
- You speak German and English very well.
